THE PROBLEM

Toxins are taking over our lives.  The average person comes in contact with over 6,000 chemicals on a regular basis.  Over 70,000 synthetic chemicals have entered our food supply and homes, and the vast majority of them have never been tested for human safety.

Cancer rates have doubled in the last half century, auto-immune issues are on the rise, and we officially have the sickest generation of kids.  Processed food, poisonous medications and hazardous chemicals in our home- are to blame.

You don't have to live this way!  You can choose to opt out, and I can show you how.

HOW CAN I HELP?

As a mother of 3, I have been researching natural living for years.  It has been a long trial and error process, and at times, it felt exhausting just trying to keep up with it all.  I didn't want it to be difficult for families to start making changes in their own homes, or for parents to feel overwhelmed.  I wanted to deliver a guide that was simple enough to follow, and that everyone could find helpful.

After many months of work, I’m beyond excited to finally share my 40+ page eBook- Going Crunchy: A Guide To Opting Out Of The Toxic Agenda.  This guide walks you through the process of ditching toxic food, personal products, household cleaners and pharmaceuticals.  I break it down into sections, go over specific ingredients, and show you how and what to swap.

This is the exact guide I wish I would've had 10 years ago.
Here's what you'll learn:

  • What is processed food, and which ingredients to avoid.

  • How to read food labeling, and understanding the dirty dozen and clean fifteen.

  • What foods to avoid, and which foods you should have in your pantry.

  • Common toxic chemicals found in household cleaners.

  • Recipes for making your own homemade cleaners- that actually work!

  • Discover what toxins are lurking in your favorite personal care products.

  • Our favorite natural products, and where to find them.

  • Over the counter medication and pharmaceutical side effects.

  • Natural ways to combat the most common illnesses.

  • Closer look at vaccine ingredients, statistics and side effects.

  • So much more!

I know that these simple recipes, tips, strategies and resources will help your family as much as they’ve helped mine, and I can’t wait to hear your success story with ditching toxins and creating a more natural home.

WHY LISTEN TO ME?

I'm not a doctor, a nutritionist or a biochemist.  I am a mom who is passionate about her children's future- and yours.
I am a mom who is choosing to opt out of the toxic agenda.  I'm not interested in buying toxic, cancer-causing food, personal care products, and household cleaners.  I want to use plants as medicine, food as medicine, and all that nature has to offer.

Cancer is the #1 killer of children, asthma rates have increased 600% in recent decades, autism rates are sky-rocketing, and millions of children are being poisoned in one form or another, each day.

I am a mom who refuses to stand for this, and I want to share my knowledge with you!
