Protein Packed Pancakes

These pancakes are bomb!  Ha...that's the 90's girl in me.  Bomb, As If, All That...good ol' days.  Anyway...back to these cakes.  This is one of my favorite things to serve for Saturday morning breakfast  So good with raspberry or blueberry topping, even a little almond butter.  They are packed with protein and can even be made vegan, without eggs.  My vegan daughter loves them, and it's perfect way to add protein to her daily intake.

This recipe serves 1.  Throw some fruit and almonds on top with a light drizzle of Organic Maple Syrup.  I love this brand!

As for protein powder, they are not all made the same!  Check the label for Non GMO ingredients and Natural Flavors.  This is my favorite powder, made from certified organic whole food plant proteins – no processed whey or isolated soy and contains 20 grams of protein per serving.

Enjoy.

  • 1/2 tbsp almond milk
