2 cups packed fresh baby spinach
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
1 1/2 cups packed fresh basil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 cup chicken stock
To make the pesto, combine spinach, broccoli and basil in the bowl of a food processor; season with salt and pepper, to taste. With the motor running, add chicken stock in a slow stream until emulsified
